We ship within Japan and worldwide, and shipping is free for all destinations. It is included in the product price.
Prices for overseas customers are set by country/region and shown in your local currency, which is the currency you pay in at checkout.
You can select your destination at checkout. If your country or region cannot be selected, please contact info@manekineko-lab.co.jp.
Every Luxen Maneki piece is made to order, one at a time, by our kiln after your order is placed, so it takes some time before shipping.
・Production time: approx. 4–6 weeks after your order is confirmed
・Delivery after shipping: Japan 1–3 days / overseas 7–21 days
If the schedule changes, we will contact you individually.
・United States: U.S. import duties and customs clearance fees are included in the product price and are prepaid by us before shipping. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
・All other countries and regions: import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price. If charged, they are collected by the carrier on delivery and paid by the recipient. Rates and whether they apply depend on the rules of the destination country.
If a parcel is returned because the duties were not paid, the round-trip shipping and handling fees will be charged to the customer.
Every piece is placed in a paulownia box and double-packed with cushioning. We ship it as fragile, with a tracking number.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@manekineko-lab.co.jp within 7 days of delivery. After checking, we will replace or refund it, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Sending photos of the damage and the packaging helps us respond quickly.
