Every Luxen Maneki piece is made to order, one at a time, by a long-established kiln after your order is placed.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personal reasons. Please understand this before placing your order.
As stated above, because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons such as:
・It looks different from what you expected / the size or color is not what you imagined
・A change of mind, duplicate orders or ordering mistakes
If you wish to change or cancel your order, we may be able to help only before production starts. Please contact info@manekineko-lab.co.jp as soon as possible.
If the item you receive is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact info@manekineko-lab.co.jp within 7 days of delivery.
After checking, we will replace or refund it. We will cover the shipping costs in this case.
Refunds are made in principle to the original payment method.
For credit card payments, the refund is processed through your card company, and the timing depends on your card company's billing cycle.
